A Taste of Spring {a giveaway}

Considering that many of us are buried under snow and ice, this Dream On jelly roll looks downright heavenly!

Would you like a tiny piece of spring inspired by vintage linens?  Read on...

I would like to introduce ya'll to Randi of Fresh Squeezed Fabrics.  She is my very first sponsor!  Here's a little more about her:

My name is Randi and I have been a fabric lover for a long time---ever since I was little and my grandma carted me to the fabric store every weekend. It always seemed magical to spend time in her "fabric closet" looking through her fabrics, ribbons and buttons and dreaming of what those goodies might become.

These days I am a wife to one, mom to five and general lover of all things crafty. I homeschool my children and we spend lots of time creating and playing together.

My life is simple and I love it! The only thing that is missing is a few more hours in my day. It just seems that there is never enough time to do all of the things that I love.

Fresh Squeezed Fabrics has an awesome selection of prints, solids, precuts and she is almost always one of the first to carry the much anticipated lines.  I have been personally shopping with Randi for some time now.  I got to know her when I did her On the Road to Spring quilt along.  She also gets the credit for teaching me how to free motion quilt!  Randi has a wonderful and crafty blog and her customer service is top-notch... only the best for ya'll!

Randi has generously offered to give away one Dream On jelly roll from her shop.  Thanks Randi!  How do you win?  Simple.

Head over to Fresh Squeezed Fabrics and pick one item/stack of fabric that you would love to create with.  Come back here and leave a comment letting me know your pick.  I will announce the winner on Friday morning!

Giveaway is now closed... but look for another one soon!

I'd choose this fabric bundle: --6 one-half yard pieces (3 yards total) from the Breakfast at Tiffany's collection, Joanna Figueroa of Fig Tree and Co., Moda Fabrics. These colours are soooo beautiful! Not brown, not orange not ochre, but .....

I don't know what to call it.
It's warm and just what I'd need in our livingroom.
I's make a wallhanging quilt, perhaps just simple half square triangles (with contrasting and fresh white?)
A very good contender for the job
Now I do hope I'll win this!

I LOVE Randi. She is one of my favorite fabric sources. I'm not sure what I would pick from her store at this moment. There are always too many tempting things. I do need to stock up some more on some Kona solids.

P.S. Randi, if you are reading this, I hope you get lots of sales because your customer service is outstanding and you always have what I need, "need" being a somewhat relative word of course. :)

I love the Beach Mod Circa 60 - I think it would make a really cute quilt for a baby boy - or a fun summertime picnic set with napkins and a mini table cloth. It's all adorable.

Fresh Squeezed has lots of nice fabrics and it was a hard choice ~ I've been loving green and gray lately and saw the Basic Gray for Moda bundle. Not sure what I'd do with it, but it sure is nice.

I'd love the fabric bundle of the Delilah Collection. Those pinks and blues would look so great around the BOM stitcheries I've just started. Thanks for sending me over to Fresh Squeezed Fabrics,

Love this jelly roll and Fresh Squeezed Fabrics. I think the fabric drawing me right now is the Amy Butler Soul Blossoms stacks, but especially all of the blues, periwinkles and aquas. All the color makes me feel like spring is on the way! Thanks for the chance to win!

Breakfast at Tiffany's - have loved it since I first saw it. A complete FQ bundle would be a dream come true but I think I would settle for some peachy colors with a few blues and a couple browns.

Oh, there are so many beautiful fabrics. I am working on a quilt using Dream On and I'm a little short, but aside from Dream On, I have my eye on the Soul Blossoms bundle.

I would love to have the Jelly Roll--Just Wing It by MoMo for Moda. It is so vibrant and cheerful! I would love to make a quilt for my daughter that is going off to college in the fall. It would be such a surprise and would communicate to her how truly special she is to me.

Am I allowed to say that whatI want IS the Dream on collection? I promise I still went over to the store and looked through it all. :P I am actually already familiar with Fresh Squeezed fabrics - a really lovely shop! :)

Thanks for the chance to win!! I'm a huge Tanya Whelan fan, so I really love her Delilah collection. I made a ambulatory walker pouch for a friend who lost her led; so I think I would use this fabric to make something else that would be useful for her.
Thanks again.
