Impressions {Giveaway}

Have you seen Ty Pennington's debut fabric line, Impressions?  I bought some a few weeks ago and turned some of it into this pillow.

The details are gorgeous.

The patterns are so balanced and symmetrical and the colors are fresh and bold.

Would you like a stack of your own??  I thought so. :)

Meet my second sponsor, Marmalade Fabrics!  I have been shopping with Tammy and I just love working with her.  I especially love her rewards program!  She has great communication and her selection of fabric is unique.  She is also a talented quilter!  Here's a little about Tammy...

Everything changed for me in the spring of 2010 when I discovered modern quilting. I had quilted for years prior to that, but suddenly quilting moved from one of my hobbies to a full-blown passion. Less than a year later, I opened Marmalade Fabrics.

I've been married 7 years to a creative man-of-my-dreams and we have 2 sons; Quinten is 5 and Zach is 3 years old. I'm very content with my life as wife and mommy. Now that I've opened Marmalade Fabrics, I can say that I've finally found my professional calling.

Here's what Marmalade Fabrics is all about:

Exceptional Service (This has top priority in my book.)
Fair Pricing (A must for any business.)

Variety of Cuts (Order one fat quarter if that's all you need.)

Fair Shipping (Marmalade Fabrics offers free shipping on all orders of $25 or more shipped within the United States.)

Rewarding Returning Clients (Our rewards program is simple. Earn $10 free fabric for every $100 you spend in twelve month's time. Choose from any fabric in stock. It's like getting an additional 10% off every order.)

Offering Organic Options (I'm committed to offering organic cotton fabrics and eco-friendly batting as alternative choices.)

For me, Marmalade Fabrics is more than just a business, it's a passion to provide modern fabric to quilters & artists and to support the awesome modern quilting community.

Tammy has generously offered to give away a Fat Bunch of Impressions in the spice colorway!  How do you win?  Easy.  Head over to Marmalade Fabrics, visit the Kona Cotton Solids section, pick your favorite and come back and tell me.  I think you are going to love Marmalade's selection... :)

The giveaway will run through midnight on Sunday and I will announce the winner on Monday.  Good luck!

It will have to be the Azure Kona Solid! I have been resisting buying blues for a while, trying to even up some of the other colors, but I just couldn't resist that one....

Miss 376 said...

I think it would have to be the mulberry, so hard to choose

Alisa said...

I'm loving the Coal Kona right now. So many pretty colors to choose from. Thank you for the great fabric give-away.

I pick Chartruse because it's an ongoing joke with my husband about what colour that really is! Love it!

jmnstars said...

I'd have to go with the Peridot Kona Cotton. :) It was really hard to choose just one though!

Susan said...

pomegranate, purple, aqua - the more I look, the harder to choose. Such a rich selection. Today I will go with pomegranate as I need a dress that colour.

Anita said...

I am totally in love with greens and purples right now. It's impossible to choose just one because of the great selection. Peridot is lovely but so is Grass Green and Lime. Ooo and the Crocus and Dark Violet are delish! So pardon my lack of a favorite, it's just too hard to choose.

Samelia's Mum said...

Congrats on your new sponsor. I'd never been to their website and will definitely go back and have a good look. My favourite kona cotton at the moment is Pomegranate. Love it.

Really hard to choose a color, but loving the bright colors so I like the petunia. Honestly I love Kona black which I use a lot for sashings and bindings, goes with so much, thought it would be boring to pick black.

Leila said...

I would love to win me some Ty fabric, I bet that will never make it's way over to Europe!
My fave Kona is Pepper at the moment, I just love that there's a different shade of black. And Essex linen, I don't think I could ever get bored of that. Oh and celery...did you say pick just one Kona solid?!

Plum Cox said...

Oooohhhh....acqua or ash, or even better, both of them! Lovely! And a lovely giveaway too, thanks!

That was really hard, I think it would have to be Pacific, or maybe Pepper, then again it could be lagoon, Tomato maybe? I could go on and on. Beautiful selection to choose from.

I hate to sound drab... but chocolate kona is my favorite color at the moment. Brown is so comforting and warm.

So neat that you featured Ty Pennington--I was just looking at his designs to make my husband an insulated lunch bag! He loves his show, so I knew the fabric would be a hit.

Going back to Marmalade to do some serious browsing; congrats on lining up such great sponsors!

I know everyone is going to say Coal or Medium Grey, so I'll say this: I would describe myself as either Sky or Ice Frappe right now. I'm not using either one in a project, but I'd say they are "me".

Carolyn said...

Fantastic! As I'm about to write that my favorite color would be the medium grey or coal... I see that soo many others chose that too! Funny. I want to try using some grey and mustard yellow for my next project. Thx for the giveaway. I'm going to go shopping now over at Marmalade! :)

First off, love the pillow!

After visiting Marmalade Fabrics, the High Society fabrics caught my eye. I am thinking of placing an order for a bundle. The grays are something else these days - lovely!

In the Kona solids, the Mulberry and Nightfall jumped out at me!

Staci said...

I'm going with Curry or Ochre. Something about the spiciness and warmth of those colors is talking to me today.

I'm so boring, it's the kona white that I'll be purchasing (I'm so excited you got such an awesome new sponsor, I needed to buy some fabric I've had pp burning a hole in my virtual pocket!) For just a color that whispers sweet nothings to me though, I'd say the dark violet, it's gorgeous.
