New fabric for a new project. This is coming together so nice but I'm going to reserve a bunch of progress pics because I'm pretty sure the recipient is checking in here to see what she can see... ;) One tiny hint though... look closely at the selvage!
- I am naturally shy and reserved.
- I ran a marathon, all 26.2 miles, on a broken foot
- When I was a kid my favorite color was "clear". Yes, I was That Kid before I was That Girl...
- I am right and left-handed; so is my daughter. If that's not versatile then I don't know what is!
- I skipped from the 2nd to the 4th grade.
- I have insomnia. How else do you think I get all my quilting done? LOL
- A guilty pleasure of mine is watching WWE Monday Night RAW.

Hello versatile blogger!
I too skipped from grade 3 to 5, but that was more than a "few" decades ago. Right now I have a 10 yr old son in grade 5. He was my 41st birthday present. I'm a quilter, a mom, #2 of 5 siblings, a dog owner, a dog rescuer, a lousy housekeeper, and can drive a standard transmission dumptruck - if I HAVE to.
How's that for versatile.??
You ran a marathon? That's amazing! I'd love to have that on my bucket list, but I know it will never happen!
Clear is a wonderful favorite color........every other color just shines through it.....pretty smart! My grand daughter and I are always asking each other what our favorite color is on that day.....it's always different. Next time I'll say 'clear' and see what she says to that!
so cute! i love these facts. people everyone needs to make more personal blogs posts like this one...including myself. :o)
I agree, the marathon on a broken foot is amazing. Clear? Hmmm... that must have made for interesting presents. Hey, I skipped 5th grade. Thanks for making me feel more normal ;)
Hmmm...I don't think I could have skipped grades because I went to 8 different schools thru high school. Bonnie PS. I broke my hand falling of a curb while visiting my son and his wife in Portland, OR and ignored it for 2 weeks until the bones started knitting and made a big lump on my hand.
