Lace & Flowers

I just finished crocheting this scarf. It's a birthday gift for one of my favorite aunts. We live in Texas so a heavy scarf is rarely needed. I made this out of Wool-Ease so it still has some warmth but is light enough to wear fall through early spring. It worked up fairly fast and it was a fun departure from my tiny crochet squares for my Babette blanket.

Quite honestly, I'm just thrilled to even be talking about and making a scarf after yet another scorching Texas summer. :)

Thank you for your lovely compliments on my miniature quilt. I admire you for taking on Dear Jane. It's quite a challenge and I shall enjoy your progress. This is a lovely scarf and a terrific colour. Ann :)
